Autumn is here!

It's time to snuggle up in sweaters, pick some pumpkins, and most importantly, warm yourself with the sweet, comforting spices of the season. Here's a simple, delicious latte recipe that will envelop you in a cloud of coziness, while the green tea, with its cold and flu-fighting properties, will also help keep unwanted sniffles at bay.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Mason jar (or similarly sized container, approx. 32 oz)

1 tbsp + 1 tsp (7g) Wild Orchard Green Tea Powder

1/4 tsp (0.5g) ground cinnamon

2 cups of milk or milk alternative, hot or cold

2-3 tablespoons maple syrup, to taste

1/4 cup hot water

A pinch of nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

Add the green tea powder and ground cinnamon to the Mason jar.

Pour hot water over the powders and stir well until smooth.

Add milk and maple syrup, sprinkle with a little nutmeg and enjoy hot or over ice.
